Join

Anyone between the ages of 12 (and in Year 8 at school) and 18 can join the ACF.

The first stage of joining is to learn more about the ACF organisation by coming along to a parade night (see location page for details). Let us know you're coming and we'll answer any questions and explain everything to you.

Once we have your details you can spend a few Tuesday evenings joining in with the training, getting a feel for the ACF and making sure you definately want to join.

We can then give you a joining form to complete, and we'll issue your uniform.

It costs £10 to join the ACF and enrolled cadets pay £1 per week. Weekend camps cost £10-15 and the week-long summer camp is £35.
